FAQs
What type of wax do you use to make your candles?
It's 100% vegetable based soy wax with soybeans grown here in the US. This wax has great scent adhesion and throw and burns clean.
How long can I expect my candle to burn?
For a 16 ounce candle approximately 70-75 hours.
I am a returning customer but I don’t see the product / fragrance I purchased in the past, what gives?
I am at the mercy of availability. I get as much supplies that are available to me at any given time. With the constant supply chain breakdowns, back ups and back orders I try my best to obtain the stylish & quality vessels we have all come to know and seek out. If you do not see what it is you are looking for I hope that you will discover new options in the interim and trust that I use the best available products available.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped out in 1-2 business days unless your candle needs to be poured.
I received my candle with a note stating it needs more cure time.
Cure time is key to ensuring a beautifully strong scent to your candle. You want to allow ample time for your wax and your fragrance to bind together. The longer the candle can cure, allowing the wax & fragrance bind, the better your candle will perform. So it is best to not light your candle until it is fully cured.
If you burn your candle before it's cure-by-date, your candle will still burn beautifully, but the fragrance won’t be as strong as it would if allowed to cure fully. During this cure time you can always enjoy the "cold throw" (the fragrance the candle gives off when not lit) letting the aroma fill your space and senses.
